Your Rights, Rules & Responsibilities

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 33dd platform, including the website at 33dd.lat, the 33dd mobile application, and all associated services, features, games, and betting markets (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player," "User," or "Account Holder") and 33dd ("we," "us," or "our").

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the 33dd Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

Access to the 33dd Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times:

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This is an absolute requirement with no exceptions. 33dd takes underage gambling extremely seriously and operates a strict zero-tolerance policy.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, whether applied voluntarily through 33dd or through any third-party responsible gaming scheme.
• Permitted Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• Not an Employee: You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 33dd or any of its affiliates, nor an immediate family member of such a person.

33dd reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents at any time, including during the withdrawal process. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or driving licence. Accounts will be suspended pending satisfactory verification. Players found to be under the age of 21 will have their accounts permanently closed and any deposits, winnings, and bonuses will be forfeited.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on the 33dd Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different mobile numbers, or different devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate termination of all associated accounts.

Registration Obligations

• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date at all times.
• You must use your own name, date of birth, and contact details. Registration in a false name or on behalf of another person is prohibited.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes.
• You must notify 33dd immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account by contacting support via live chat.
• 33dd will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any communication purporting to request your password should be treated as fraudulent.

33dd is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of your failure to keep your login credentials secure. Where 33dd determines that account security has been compromised through the Player's own negligence, claims for reimbursement may be denied at 33dd's discretion.

All financial transactions on the 33dd Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals made by 33dd account holders:

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit, subject to payment provider constraints.
• Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and approved cryptocurrency channels (USDT, BTC, ETH).
• Deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and will trigger an immediate review of your 33dd account.
• 33dd does not charge fees for deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 33dd accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible.
• Verified accounts can expect withdrawal processing times of under 30 minutes for mobile wallet withdrawals (JazzCash, EasyPaisa) and up to one business day for bank transfers.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to identity verification. 33dd reserves the right to suspend a withdrawal request pending satisfactory verification documents.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal.

33dd offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotional offer:

• Bonus offers are available to one account per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method.
• Wagering requirements must be completed in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The standard wagering multiplier is stated in each individual promotion — players should check the specific offer page before opting in.
• Bonus funds are used before real-money funds unless otherwise specified in the promotional terms.
• Certain games — including but not limited to live dealer games and specific slot titles — may contribute at a reduced percentage or zero percentage to wagering requirements. The contribution table is published on the promotion detail page.
• 33dd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn, existing qualifying players will be notified within 48 hours.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including through coordinated play, arbitrage strategies, or multi-accounting, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• Bonuses have an expiry period from the date of credit, as specified in each promotion. Uncompleted wagering requirements and unused bonus funds expire at the end of this period.

All sports bets placed on the 33dd Platform — including PSL cricket markets, international cricket, UFC, kabaddi, and all other available markets — are subject to the following rules:

• Bets are accepted only when sufficient funds are available in the Player's real-money or bonus wallet balance at the time of bet placement.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be amended or cancelled by the Player, except where the Cash Out feature is available and the Player exercises it within the permitted window.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, 33dd will apply the settlement rules applicable to that specific market as published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the Platform.
• 33dd reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where there is evidence that the event outcome was known at the time of bet placement, or where match irregularities have been identified.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and are displayed at the point of bet placement. 33dd reserves the right to amend stake limits for individual players at its discretion.
• In-play betting markets are subject to automatic suspension during key events (wickets, goals, penalty decisions). Any bets placed during suspended markets will be voided.

All casino games offered on the 33dd Platform — including live dealer tables, RNG-based table games, and slot games — are operated and independently certified by licensed game providers. The following general rules apply:

• All RNG (Random Number Generator) games are independently audited for fairness. Certified RTP (Return to Player) percentages are published within each game's information panel.
• Live dealer games are streamed in real time. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, the Platform will attempt to reconnect the Player. Rounds that complete while a Player is disconnected will be settled according to the actual outcome recorded by the live dealer system.
• 33dd is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of the Player's own internet connection interruptions, device failures, or other technical issues on the Player's side.
• In the event of a game malfunction — including server errors, software bugs, or streaming failures on 33dd's infrastructure — the affected game rounds will be voided and stakes returned to Player wallets within 24 hours.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are displayed on the game interface. These limits may vary by table and by game variant.

The following actions constitute serious breaches of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed via 33dd.
• Using the Platform to launder money or to facilitate any other financially illegal activity.
• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account policy.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or during any subsequent verification process.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or malfunctions in games or software to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from known system errors are void.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino, or any other multi-player game.
• Engaging in any conduct that 33dd reasonably determines to be abusive, threatening, or harmful toward other players, 33dd employees, or support agents.

33dd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match manipulation.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Player.
• Identification of a duplicate account held by the same individual.
• Legal obligation to do so under applicable laws or regulatory requirements.

Where an account is closed due to a Player breach, 33dd reserves the right to void all pending bets, forfeiture any bonus balances, and retain any winnings derived from fraudulent activity. Real-money deposit balances, net of any forfeited amounts, will be returned to the Player via the original payment method following completion of any required compliance reviews.

33dd is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players. We recognise that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 33dd account holders at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced, and a 7-day cooling-off period applies to any request to increase them.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure reminders that appear after a set period of play time to encourage regular breaks.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined time period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of between 1 and 90 days. During this period you will be unable to log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your 33dd account and request that you are excluded from all future marketing communications. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months.

All content on the 33dd Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of 33dd or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, redistribute, sell, create derivative works from, or exploit any portion of the Platform without the express written consent of 33dd. Any unauthorised use will terminate the licence granted and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• 33dd does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary service unavailability.
• 33dd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• 33dd's total liability to any Player in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• 33dd is not responsible for any losses arising from your reliance on information, odds, statistics, or analysis published on the Platform, which are provided for information purposes only and do not constitute advice.

The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by 33dd is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy. Key data protection principles applied by 33dd include:

• Personal data is collected only to the extent necessary for the provision of the Platform services, identity verification, fraud prevention, and compliance with legal obligations.
• Your data will not be sold or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
• All data transmissions are encrypted using 256-bit SSL technology.

33dd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 33dd will notify registered Players via email to the address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will take effect from the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account via the account settings page.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 33dd holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall first be referred to the 33dd customer support team for resolution. 33dd aims to resolve all disputes within 10 business days of a formal complaint being submitted.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure, Players may refer the matter to the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution mechanism as specified in 33dd's current licensing documentation. Nothing in this clause limits the Player's statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.
